Creative Distance is a Theatre and performance festival operating in digital realms. Over the last nine weeks we have presented a myriad of events, from live streamed comedy nights, beatboxing gigs and workshops, choose your own adventure storytelling, drag queen comedy acts, Danish Folktale puppetry, BSL signed sing-a-longs, art lessons and play readings as well as games, challenges and competitions in what has been a true celebration of artistic endeavour. 

To date Creative Distance has broadcast 49 free-to-access online events, presented by 43 professional artists, accumulating over 33,000 views. 

We would like to thank all the artists who have taken part and contributed so far. We had an overwhelming response from around the world and had the pleasure of working with so many exciting artists and theatre-makers who dared to leap with us into this new world. 

We would also like to thank our audience and everyone who has donated to fundraise for our artists. They are the beating heart of our work and as an arts organisation it is our responsibility to be able to support, nurture and champion them, now more than ever.
